SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Beginning on 9/15, classes will be booked via VENMO payment.

SGT Session Types:

TOTAL BODY STRENGTH

A 45 minute strength class for all fitness levels! Please note that the class will focus on either upper body or lower body. Every muscle will be worked accordingly, and your body will thank you.

LIFT / CYCLE

A 45 minute class consisting of total body strength training & HIIT, PLUS added cycling for cardio. Even though this is a high intensity workout, it is geared for ALL fitness levels!

THIS CLASS IS A HIIT!

*New! LIFT / CARDIO

A 45 minute class consisting of 30 minute total body lift and

15 minutes of cardio to finish - this may be from cycling or heart-pumping bodyweight & core movements! A fun mix.
