SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small Group Training is our new offering of group fitness classes - for all levels - in which you will receive a personalized workout with options for progression & accountability. Just like a private personal training session but in a group setting and at a class price point!

When you sign up, you will now have the ability to request what you would like to work on, let us know if you have any injuries or limitations, and receive a complimentary body composition assessment if desired! After signing up, you will receive an email confirmation in which you can make your requests. You will also have the option to log your weights used during class for progress tracking. 


These workouts will compliment the weekly lifting routine uploaded to The Fit Foodie App.

SGT Session Types:

TOTAL BODY STRENGTH

A 45 minute strength class for all fitness levels! Please note that the class will focus on either upper body or lower body. Every muscle will be worked accordingly, and your body will thank you.

LIFT / CYCLE

A 45 minute class consisting of total body strength training & HIIT, PLUS added cycling for cardio. Even though this is a high intensity workout, it is geared for ALL fitness levels!

THIS CLASS IS A HIIT!

UPPER BODY / CORE

A 45 minute, upper body & core focused strength work-out for all fitness levels. Hitting all 5 muscle groups (chest, back, shoulders, biceps & triceps) plus core work. This class will leave you sweaty, pumped, and energized!

LOWER BODY / GLUTES

A 45 minute, lower body & core focused strength work-out for all fitness levels. Quads, Glutes, & Hammy's will be burning in the best way!

*New! UPPER BODY / CARDIO

A 45 minute class consisting of 30 minute upper body workout and 15 minutes of cardio to finish - this may be from cycling or heart-pumping bodyweight & core movements! A fun mix.
