CLASS SIGN-IN INFORMATION:
We will now be hosting our signature Small Group Strength classes AND our Signature Cycle classes OUTSIDE at the studio, right behind our plaza! AND for a limited time we will discounting our drop-in class rates, at just $15 per class! Class space will be limited - You must register for class in advance through our website or on the MINDBODY app. Package options are also available. Classes will be weather dependent - in the event of rain or extreme heat, we will cancel class accordingly. If class is cancelled you will receive your purchased class back as a credit to your account. Check your email, our social media pages, or the MINDBODY app for any potential class cancellations.
Class arrival instructions and safety guidelines:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of Signature Cycle classes, and 10 minutes before the start of Small Group Strength classes to ensure proper set-up and warm-up. Please bring your own mat or a beach towel with you to class, as well as a sweat towel. You must enter through the front entrance of the studio, and wear a mask upon entering and at any time while inside the building. You are free to use the restroom as needed and the cubbies to store any personal items. You will go through the studio, take any equipment with you as indicated by your instructor, and bring it with you out through the back door to the lawn area, where there will be cones set up for SGS, or bikes set up for Cycle. For SGS, each cone will mark a designated area where you can bring your weights, towel or mat, and anything else you may need for class. For Cycle, the bikes will be along the backside of the building. These spaces will all be socially distanced from each other and within the guidelines of 6 feet of distance as per NYS mandates. Once you are in your own space, you can take your mask off, and get ready to sweat! The front door of the studio will be locked during the duration of class. Once class is over, sanitizing wipes will be distributed for you to sanitize the bikes or equipment that you have used. Please keep in mind that it is summer, so that means classes may be in hot and humid conditions! Please bring ample water with you. We will also have bottles available for purchase in the studio if needed.
