CLASS SIGN-IN & SAFETY INFO:
We will now be returning back inside for class! Due to spacing & capacity restrictions, class sizes will be smaller indoors; because of this, pre-registration for class is REQUIRED (do it early to save your spot!!) and the class sign-in window will close 30 minutes prior to the start of class. Please arrive early to all classes, giving yourself at least 10 minutes for AM Signature Cycle & HIIT / Cycle, and 5 minutes early for Small Group Strength, for proper set-up & warm-up.
We are proud to say that we are compliant with the Suffolk County Department of Health & the New York Fitness Coalition on our safety & cleaning protocols; rest assured that everything is well sanitized for your use. As per NYS mandates, you will always be spaced at a minimum of 6 feet apart from other class participants, and masks are required when you are inside of the building. Masks are required to be worn throughout the entire duration of your stay at our studio, even during class- frequent mask breaks are allowed in order to hydrate, AND face shields are permitted if you cannot tolerate a mask during exercise. You will also be required to have a temperature check upon arrival and to fill out a brief COVID-19 exposure questionnaire.
