  • If it is your first time taking a class at AM Fitness & Cycle, please arrive early. We want you to feel right at home and would love to take a few minutes to get to know you and see if you have any injuries or limitations we should know about. 

  • For all cycling classes, please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up of the bike. For all other classes, please arrive at least 5 minutes early.

  • If you are running late, feel free to give us a call at 631-909-1689 and we will accommodate as best as we can for you. If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, your spot may be given away to someone on the waitlist. 

  • All classes have a warm-up period at the start... so don't be late because warming up is good for the soul and prevents injury!

  • If a class if full but you have opted to be placed on the waitlist, you will get an email notification if a spot has opened up for you. If not, feel free to drop in to the studio before class to see if there are any last minute cancels or no-shows.

  • You may cancel or change a class reservation up to 12 hours before the scheduled class time. No-shows or late cancellations will result in the loss of a class from any package (including single classes) and a $10 late cancel fee for monthly members. 

  • Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. If a class is cancelled for some reason, you will receive an email. Please check the online schedule or the Mindbody App for any updates or changes.

  • All class packages, personal training sessions, and membership purchases must be prepaid and are final sale. Single class & newbie BOGO class purchases expire in 1 month from purchase date. 5 class packs expire in 3 months from purchase date, 10 class packs expire in 6 months from purchase date, and 20 class packs expire within 1 year from purchase date.

Cycling Class Info:
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to cycling classes to ensure proper set-up of your bike.

  • Please bring water and a towel to class. If you forget, no worries - we provide both!

  • We do not assign specific bikes, each bike is first come first serve. 

  • Bike pedals are dual-sided with SPD clips and toe cages... so both cycling shoes and sneaks are welcome! 

  • Our cycling classes are for ALL fitness levels and will suit the needs of both newbies and seasoned cyclists alike.

  • Some of our classes do include light upper body movement and exercises. There is never any pressure to participate with these, but we promise it is fun and will enhance your cycling experience!
