Everything you need to know!
Policies:
  • In order to participate in one of our Small Group Training Sessions, you must sign up online in advance. We are no longer taking walk-ins due to capacity limitations; you can try to come but there may not be a spot for you! Session sign-up window is open until 60 minutes prior to the start of the session.

  • If you would like to make a request for your SGT, you must do so buy filling out the form in your session confirmation email (or email us at info@amfitnesscycle) by either the night prior for morning classes, or before noon the same day for evening classes. If you do not make your request early enough, it may not be accommodated for. 

  • If it is your first time taking a class at AM Fitness & Cycle, please arrive 10 minutes early. We want you to feel right at home and would love to take a few minutes to get to know you and see if you have any injuries or limitations we should know about. 

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure time for proper set-up. If cycling is involved, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early so that you have time to set-up your bike.

  • If you are running late, feel free to give us a call at 631-909-1689 and we will accommodate as best as we can for you. If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, your spot may be given away to someone on the waitlist. 

  • AM Fitness & Cycle, Inc. reserves the right to cancel classes in the event of bad weather, low attendance, unforeseen circumstance or any other reason at the discretion of the studio owner. 

  • All classes have a warm-up period at the start... so don't be late because warming up is good for the soul and prevents injury!

  • If a class is full but you have opted to be placed on the waitlist, you will get an email notification if a spot has opened up for you. If not, feel free to drop in to the studio before class to see if there are any last minute cancels or no-shows.

  • You may cancel or change a session reservation up to 8 hours before the scheduled session time. No-shows or late cancellations will result in the loss of a session from any package, including single sessions. 

  • Instructors and session types are subject to change without notice. If a class is cancelled for some reason, you will receive an email. Please check the online schedule or the Mindbody App for any updates or changes.

  • All single sessions & packages, personal training sessions, and nutrition coaching plans must be prepaid and are final sale. Single sessions & newbie special purchases expire in 1 month from purchase date & 4-packs expire in 2 months from purchase date. Single PT sessions expire in 1 month from date of purchase; 10 pack personal training sessions expire in 3 months from date of purchase. Cycling-Specific Info:
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to any cycling classes to ensure proper set-up of your bike.

  • Please bring water and a towel to class. If you forget, no worries - have have complimentary sweat towels and water available at the studio. 

  • We do not assign specific bikes, each bike is first come first serve. 

  • Our bike pedals are dual-sided with SPD clips and toe cages... so both cycling shoes and sneaks are welcome! 

  • Our cycling classes are for ALL fitness levels and will suit the needs of both newbies and seasoned cyclists alike.

  • Some of our classes do include light upper body movement and exercises. There is never any pressure to participate with these, but we promise it is fun and will enhance your cycling experience!
