GROUP FITNESS CLASSES:
STRENGTH - UPPER & LOWER BODY
A 45 minute strength class for all fitness levels! Please note that the class will focus on either upper body or lower body. Every muscle will be worked accordingly, and your body will thank you.
CYCLE / CORE
Our signature 30 minute cycling class, followed by 10-15 minutes of core work: abdominals, hips, and lower back!
We will also be offering monthly THEMED 45 minute cycling classes TBA each month. Stay tuned!
HIIT / CYCLE
A 45 minute class beginning with 25 minutes of higher intensity exercise focused on building strength and burning calories, finishing out with 20 minutes of cycling.
Don't be scared - this class is for ALL fitness levels.
Our Circuit Training class is a 45 minute total body strength class with limited client capacity, focusing on greater utilization of different equipment and cross-training methods.
