HIIT / CYCLE

A 50-55 minute class beginning with 25 minutes of higher intensity exercise focused on building strength and burning calories, finishing out with 25 minutes of cycling. 

Don't be scared - this class is for ALL fitness levels. 
 

SMALL GROUP STRENGTH

A 45 minute total body strength class for all fitness levels! Every muscle will be worked, and your body will thank you.

AM SIGNATURE CYCLE

Our signature 45 minute cycling class. Work up a good sweat & burn some serious calories all while having fun and grooving to good music.

PERSONAL TRAINING& NUTRITION COACHING

Private & small group personal training sessions & packages are available. We are also now offering Nutrition Coaching Servies! Contact us for info!
