AM SIGNATURE CYCLE

Our signature 45 minute cycling class. Work up a good sweat & burn some serious calories all while having fun and grooving to good music.

Now offering Cycle 30 - our 30 minute version!

SMALL GROUP STRENGTH

A 45 minute total body strength class for all fitness levels! Every muscle will be worked, and your body will thank you.

Now offering HALF HOUR OF POWER - a 30min mix of HIIT & weight training that strengthens your body and gives you a great cardio workout!

HIIT / CYCLE

A 50 minute class beginning with 25 minutes of higher intensity exercise focused on building strength and burning calories, finishing out with 20 minutes of cycling. 

Don't be scared - this class is for ALL fitness levels. 

Now offering BOOTY / CYCLE - a glutes-focused lower body class, finishing with a quick ride!

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Our Circuit Training class is a 45 minute total body strengthening with limited client capacity, focusing on greater utilization of different equipment and cross-training methods.
